By an error, we are referring to an issue beyond a grammatical or minor spelling mistake. It must be a content error (e.g., incorrect answer or inaccurate solution). We have structured this program to reward individuals who have the expertise to recognize the potential errors.
Once an error is discovered and verified it will be compared to our published error list linked below. PLEASE NOTE THAT IT TAKES 3-6 WEEKS TO VERIFY AN ERROR AND PROCESS CREDITS. If the error is not listed in PDF file and you have VERIFIED with customer service (contact through the form below) that the question in dispute has NOT already been discovered you are entitled to a $10* (ten dollar) credit on your account. Upon verification (3-6 weeks) of your finding and your status as a purchaser of this product the customer service team will credit your account and mail a check to the billing address provided at the time of your purchase.
In order to better serve you, the PCAT Review has included question codes with each question which is viewable in the review function available upon the completion of each PCAT exam or training session. Each question is labeled with a specific identification number to allow you to clearly identify any questions which you believe to be in error and for us to better communicate with you as to the question's status. Therefore please submit your comments with the appropriate question identification number.
